Craft Lab, SLU is a small company in 03203 Elche, Alicante, Spain. There are no openings right now, and we would rather say so than fill this page with noise.

Right now

There is no hiring process running and no date for one. When a role opens it will be posted here, with the job, the work and the salary.

We also do not keep a CV pool for future years: we read what arrives, we answer, and we delete it if there is nothing to offer. It sounds less generous and it is more honest than telling you we are "keeping you in mind".

What we will be looking for

When hiring does happen, it will be for these. If one of them sounds like you, the email makes sense even with no opening.

Product and interface

Someone who works in the detail: who knows why a gesture feels right, who tests on a real phone, and who argues for taking things out. Design and code are not separate jobs here.

Full-stack engineering

TypeScript, React and PostgreSQL. More than the stack, we care that you measure before you opine and that you write down why something is the way it is.

Native mobile

iOS and Android for what the browser cannot do: recording with the screen locked, Bluetooth audio, system integration.

Support and writing

Answering well, in English and Spanish, and turning every repeated answer into something written in the help centre so it never has to be written again.

What you can do, in four lines.
Something you have made that we can look at: a repository, a published app, a screen you designed. Worth more than any list of technologies.
In that thing you show us, what you decided and why. It is the only part that really tells us how you work.
Where you are and how you like to work (on site in Elche, remote, part time).

What happens to your email

A person reads it and replies, even if the reply is that there is nothing. It may take a few days. There are no weekend take-home tests and no six rounds of interviews: if a role does open, the process will be short and explained in full up front.
