Questions
Why is anything paid at all?
Transcribing an hour of meeting and summarising it costs real money, every time, paid to whoever runs the engines. The rest — your tasks, your lists, the reminders — costs so little that charging for it makes no sense.
What happens to my recordings if I drop Pro?
They stay where they are. You keep seeing, searching and exporting everything of yours; what runs out is recording more that month.
Can I take my data with me?
Whenever you like, and nobody asks why: Settings → Export my data hands you everything as CSV. And deleting the account really deletes it.
Is there a team plan?
Sharing lists and tasks already works on any account. A team plan with per-seat billing will come when there are teams asking for it.
