1. Site owner

2. Purpose

This notice governs access to and use of mykairo.app and the Kairo app, a task and list manager with conversation recording and transcription. Browsing the site makes you a user and means you accept what is set out here.

Using the app with an account is also governed by the terms of service, and the handling of personal data by the privacy policy and the cookie policy.

3. Conditions of access

Access to the site is free of charge. Some parts require an account. You agree to use the site lawfully, in good faith and in line with this notice, and not for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm third parties or the service itself.

4. Intellectual property

The code, design, text, images, the Kairo brand and the other elements of the site belong to Craft Lab, SLU or are used under licence. All rights are reserved. They may not be reproduced, distributed, adapted or communicated publicly without written permission, beyond what the law allows.

What you write stays yours. The tasks, notes, comments, files, recordings and transcripts you upload remain the property of their author. Craft Lab, SLU only processes them to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

5. Liability

Craft Lab, SLU takes reasonable care to keep the site running, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control; in particular, each deployment of a new version takes the service down for a few seconds.

We are not liable for:

• Damage caused by improper use of the site by the user.
• Content that users upload or share among themselves.
• Failures of the network, the browser or the device used to access the site.
• Third-party services needed for specific features, when they fail on their own side.

6. Links

The site may link to third-party pages. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it; a link implies neither endorsement nor any relationship. If you find a link to unlawful content, tell us and we will remove it.

You may link to this site from another one as long as you link to the home page or to a complete page, without reproducing the content or implying a relationship that does not exist.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the city of Alicante, Spain, unless the law requires otherwise. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
