Kairo is a task manager for work and life where capturing something means saying it out loud, and which works just the same with no connection.
In one paragraph
Kairo is a mobile-first task and project manager built by Craft Lab, SLU, a small company in Elche, Spain. Its premise is that capturing a task should cost less than doing it: you speak naturally — "call Marta tomorrow at five, hashtag Work, priority one" — and it is written down with its date, its list and its priority, without touching anything else; the same works from Siri, a phone shortcut, an NFC sticker or a forwarded email, without ever opening the app. It also records meetings and hands them back transcribed by speaker, with a summary and with the tasks that came out of them ready to add. The whole app works offline and syncs when the network returns.
In three paragraphs
Most people keep work in one tool and life in another, and the home side of it — the groceries, a birthday, the car service — ends up in loose notes or in their head. Kairo starts from the idea that there are not two lives to organise but one, and that the reason lists get abandoned is simpler than it looks: writing it down costs more than doing it. Unlock, open, wait, pick a list, type, set a date. For "take the bins out" that is too much, so it never gets written, and a week later the list no longer looks like your life.
That is why the whole product is built around capture. Dictation understands the entire sentence — date, time, list, label, priority and repetition — in English and Spanish, and in hands-free mode every pause starts a new task: you talk without stopping and they are all there at the end. Outside the app, a button on your phone, Siri with the screen locked, an NFC sticker or your own capture email address do the same without opening anything. What comes out of a meeting goes in by itself too: record it, get it transcribed with speakers separated, and Kairo proposes the tasks that were agreed.
Kairo works fully offline — create, complete, move, comment and record on a plane or in a basement, and it all goes out in order when the network is back — installs to the home screen, can be shared with other people by list or by single task, and tells tasks and events apart: a birthday or an expiry date has no checkbox, does not count as pending, and rolls over to next year on its own. Craft Lab, SLU develops and maintains it from Elche, Spain.

If you need a screenshot of something specific — dictation in progress, a transcribed meeting, the app offline — say so in the email and we will prepare it.
One request: Kairo is always written like that, capital K and the rest lower case. Not KAIRO, not kairo.
